Who is this cream intended for?

The cream is intended for very dry, rough, cracked or damaged hands, particularly when the skin is exposed to cold weather, wind, frequent washing, alcohol-based hand sanitisers, detergents or occupational activities that weaken the protective skin barrier.

Directions for use

Apply a small amount to clean, dry hands and massage gently until fully absorbed. Reapply several times throughout the day as needed, particularly after washing or sanitising the hands and before exposure to cold weather. A slightly thicker layer may be applied in the evening as an intensive overnight treatment.

• For external use only.
• Avoid direct contact with the eyes and mucous membranes.
• Do not apply to deep, open, bleeding or infected wounds.
• Discontinue use if stinging, rash, swelling or increased redness occurs.
• Painful fissures, bleeding, weeping or signs of infection require medical assessment.

Pharmacist’s advice

Apply the cream after every hand wash while the skin is still slightly damp, as this helps retain moisture. Wear protective gloves when working with water, detergents or chemicals, but avoid prolonged use of impermeable gloves over wet hands.

If the hands remain persistently red, itchy or cracked despite regular care, the cause may be irritant or allergic contact dermatitis. In that situation, hand cream alone is not a sufficient solution and assessment by a dermatologist is recommended.
