Rilastil Xerolact PB Balm 400 ml is a lipid-replenishing daily treatment for very dry, sensitive, irritated and atopy-prone skin on the face and body. Its rich formula helps relieve sensations of itching, tightness and discomfort while restoring hydration, softness and comfort.

The formula combines a prebiotic and postbiotic within the Skin Barrier Self Defence complex, together with shea butter, glycerin, sodium lactate, niacinamide, dipotassium glycyrrhizate, vitamin E and schisandra extract. This combination supports the skin barrier, the balance of the skin microbiota and daily care for skin prone to severe dryness and irritation.

An emollient balm supports hydration and the skin barrier, but it does not replace medicine during an active atopic dermatitis flare. Marked redness, weeping, crusts, pain, infection or sleep disturbance caused by itching require assessment by a dermatologist or paediatrician.
