Nutriversum PWO 2.0 – 210 g is a multi-ingredient pre-workout powder intended for physically active adults and athletes who use stimulant-based supplementation before exercise. One 7 g serving combines beta-alanine, creatine monohydrate, an AAKG complex, L-citrulline DL-malate, choline, L-glutamine, L-tyrosine, niacin and 378 mg caffeine.

The formula is intended for use before physical activity and differs from single-ingredient products by combining several common sports-nutrition ingredients in one serving. Due to its very high caffeine content, total daily caffeine from coffee, energy drinks and other supplements must be considered.

Niacin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal nervous-system function, normal psychological function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Very high caffeine content: one declared serving provides 378 mg caffeine. This is substantially above the 200 mg single dose that EFSA considers not to raise safety concerns for healthy adults and is close to the 400 mg total daily amount considered of no concern for healthy non-pregnant adults. Do not combine with coffee, energy drinks, caffeine tablets or other stimulant pre-workout products.

Ingredients: beta-alanine, AAKG complex, chicory inulin, L-citrulline DL-malate, choline bitartrate, anhydrous caffeine, creatine monohydrate, L-glutamine, L-tyrosine, niacin, dextrose, citric acid, flavourings, anti-caking agents, sucralose and flavour-specific colouring/flavour ingredients.

Directions: according to the product declaration, mix 1 serving of 7 g with approximately 250 ml cold water and consume around 30 minutes before exercise. Because of the high caffeine content, avoid additional caffeine and avoid taking it late in the day if caffeine affects sleep.
