Who is this serum intended for?

It is suitable for normal, dry, combination and oily skin lacking water. It may be particularly useful for skin that feels tight, dull, tired or temporarily dehydrated due to weather, air conditioning, heating, travel or an unsuitable skincare routine.

Dehydrated skin is not the same as dry skin

Dehydrated skin lacks water, while dry skin primarily lacks protective lipids. Oily and combination skin can therefore also be dehydrated. The gel serum provides moisture, while a suitable cream applied afterwards helps retain hydration and adapt the routine to the skin type.

Directions for use

Apply several drops morning and evening to clean, dry skin on the face and neck. Distribute gently and pat until completely absorbed.

Follow with a moisturising cream selected for the skin type. Normal and dry skin may use Rilastil Aqua 72H Gel-Cream, while combination skin prone to shine may prefer a lighter finishing texture.

Complete the morning routine with appropriate broad-spectrum sun protection.

Important warnings

• For external use only.
• Avoid direct contact with the eyes, eyelids and mucous membranes.
• Rinse thoroughly with water if the product enters the eyes.
• Do not apply to open, infected or severely irritated skin.
• The formula listed for this packaging contains fragrance.
• Highly reactive skin should test tolerance on a small area first.
• The serum does not contain sunscreen and does not replace an SPF product.
• Discontinue use if rash, swelling, severe stinging or persistent redness occurs.
• Keep tightly closed and protected from direct light and heat.

Aqua (Water), Pentylene Glycol, Glycerin, Chondrus Crispus Powder (Carrageenan), Hydrolyzed Hyaluronic Acid, Sodium Hyaluronate, C12-13 Pareth-9, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Xanthan Gum, Arginine, Chlorphenesin, O-Cymen-5-Ol, Parfum (Fragrance).

Note: this product belongs to an earlier Aqua Intense formulation that remains available in certain markets. The manufacturer may change the formulation, so the ingredient declaration on the physical packaging always takes precedence.

Pharmacist’s advice

Apply the serum to slightly damp skin immediately after cleansing and seal it in with an appropriate moisturiser. Hyaluronic acid binds water, but without a finishing cream it may not provide sufficient lasting comfort in very dry air.

For oily but dehydrated skin, use a smaller amount and a lightweight cream. Dry skin may require a richer emollient layer. Fine dehydration lines may look softer after hydration improves, but the serum is not a treatment for pronounced wrinkles.
