Gastral reflux is a medical device intended for the prevention and treatment of gastroesophageal reflux (GER), increased acid in the stomach and protection of the mucous membrane of the stomach and esophagus.

Gastric reflux works by forming a protective film on the mucous membrane of the pharynx, esophagus and stomach that protects it from acid and irritating agents (pepsin, bile acids...) and relieves symptoms associated with gastroesophageal reflux such as heartburn, stomach pain, acid reflux, irritants cough, hoarseness.
Thanks to its composition and mechanism of action, Gastra reflux accelerates the process of re-epithelialization of the damaged mucosa of the stomach and esophagus.

Gastral reflux is intended to relieve the symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux. It is recommended in case of symptoms:

irritating cough
hoarseness
mustard
acid reflux
nocturnal reflux
pain or pressure in the stomach

For people who have "nocturnal reflux" (during the night, contents return to the esophagus and symptoms appear)

As an addition to regular therapy (PPI, H2 blockers, antacids) or during its discontinuation.

Gastric reflux contains active ingredients that effectively reduce the symptoms of GER.

Active ingredients:
1. Extract of brown seaweed Undaria pinnatifida and Fucus vesiculosus - Fucoidans protect the mucous membrane from inflammation and ulcers, contribute to tissue healing. Polyphenols from seaweed have an antioxidant effect, thus protecting cells from oxidative damage.
2. Aloe vera mucopolysaccharides - Aloe vera mucopolysaccharides protect the mucous membrane from stomach contents and create a mechanical barrier.
3. Potassium citrate and magnesium carbonate

They reduce hyperacidity and normalize the pH of the stomach contents.

Composition:
Purified water, aloe polysaccharides, undaria polysaccharides and fucus algae (fucoidans), potassium citrate, magnesium carbonate, hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, citric acid, vanilla flavor, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, xanthan gum, sweet orange essential oil, sucralose.

Dosage and use:
One sachet after main meals and one before going to sleep or according to the doctor's advice.

Squeeze the contents of the bag directly into the mouth without adding liquid.

Pleasant taste of vanilla and orange.

Delivery of items purchased on the site www.apotekaonline.rs is made exclusively through the Daily Express courier service in the territory of the Republic of Serbia. Delivery outside the territory of the Republic of Serbia, ie export of goods, is done exclusively through the service of DHL and PostExport Post of Serbia.

For the territory of the Republic of Serbia:

For goods ordered up to 5.000,00 RSD, delivery charge is 260.00 RSD (VAT included). For goods over 5.000,00 RSD, shipping is free of charge.

For international delivery:

For the export of goods abroad through the PostExport service of Post of Serbia, the shipping price is for:

Zone I (Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Northern Macedonia) - 1,280.00 RSD
Zone II (Other European countries) - 1,790.00 RSD
Zone III (Asia, Africa, America, Australia and other countries) - 2,650.00 RSD

Delivery time is 15 days or more (depending on the country of delivery)

For export of goods abroad through DHL service, the shipping price is 2,700.00 RSD. Delivery time is 1-5 business days (depending on the country of delivery)

Shipping cost is with tax. The price includes the delivery of the parcel to the buyer's address with the associated tax and customs at the seller's expense. A possible additional cost may be a customs charge against the buyer, depending on the country to which the package is being shipped.
