Strong Nature Activated Charcoal 250 mg – 30 capsules is a dietary supplement containing activated charcoal obtained from coconut shells. Its highly porous surface enables it to adsorb gases and various substances within the digestive tract.

It is primarily suitable for occasional bloating, intestinal gas and digestive discomfort after meals. Each capsule provides 250 mg of activated charcoal, while four capsules provide 1 g.

Directions: for digestive discomfort, the manufacturer recommends 2–3 capsules as needed, 3–4 times daily. For bloating after meals, take 1 g (4 capsules) 30 minutes before a meal and 1 g (4 capsules) shortly after the meal.
