How to use

1. Cleanse the face and apply toner.
2. Take the mask out of the sachet and unfold it.
3. Place the mask on the face, align it around the eyes and lips and press gently so it adheres well.
4. Leave on for 10–20 minutes; do not leave it longer so that it does not dry on the skin.
5. Remove the mask and pat the remaining essence in with your fingertips until absorbed.
6. Follow with a cream; in the morning finish your routine with SPF 30 or higher.
7. Use 2–3 times a week or as needed, e.g. after sun or before make-up.

How to fit it into your routine

Morning: Gentle cleansing, toner, Zero Pore Cooling Mask for 10–20 minutes, a light moisturiser and SPF 30 or higher – good prep before make-up.

Evening: Cleansing, toner, mask for 10–20 minutes, then serum as needed and moisturiser. Do not combine with a strong peel on the same evening.

Important notes

• for external use only, single use;
• a patch test on a small area of skin is recommended before first use;
• a cooling sensation is expected; if it turns into strong stinging or burning, remove the mask immediately and rinse the face;
• do not apply to damaged or irritated skin and do not use right after a chemical peel or treatment;
• avoid contact with eyes;
• for extra freshness, briefly keep the mask in the fridge before use;
• keep out of reach of children, protected from heat and direct sunlight.

Pharmacist's advice

Pores cannot be permanently “closed” or shrunk with cosmetics – their size is largely genetically determined. The mask helps pores look smaller by cooling, hydrating and calming the skin, while niacinamide contributes to shine control in the long run. For visible results with clogged pores, a regular BHA exfoliant matters more; the mask is a good addition.

It works well on the same days as Zero Pore Pad, but not immediately after it: if you use the acid pads in the evening, apply the mask in the morning or on the next day. This combines exfoliation and soothing without overloading the skin.

Keep the mask in the fridge in summer – the cooling is more pronounced and the after-sun effect more pleasant. With rosacea or very reactive skin, be careful because of camphor and the cooling agent.

Does the mask really cool the skin?

Yes. It contains a cooling agent (methyl diisopropyl propionamide) and camphor, which give an instant cooling sensation.

How long should the mask be left on?

10–20 minutes. It should not be left on until it dries on the face.

Does the mask shrink pores?

It helps pores look smaller and the skin look less shiny, but cosmetics cannot permanently change pore size.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

Generally yes, but because of camphor and the cooling agent a patch test is recommended, especially with rosacea.
