How to use

1. Cleanse the face and apply toner.
2. Take the mask out of the pouch and unfold it.
3. Place the mask on the face, align the openings for the eyes, nose and mouth and press gently so it follows the contours of the face.
4. Leave on for 15–20 minutes; do not leave it on until it dries.
5. Remove the mask and pat the remaining essence into the skin until absorbed.
6. Follow with a cream to lock in moisture.
7. Use 1–2 times a week, or more often if needed.

Important notes

• a patch test on a small area of skin is recommended before first use as the formula contains fragrance;
• do not apply to broken or irritated skin or open wounds;
• do not leave the mask on longer than recommended or until it dries, as a dry sheet can draw moisture from the skin;
• if redness, itching or stinging occurs, remove the mask and rinse the face with water;
• the mask is for single use only;
• the formula contains wheat amino acids – caution in case of known wheat sensitivity;
• keep out of reach of children, protected from heat and direct sunlight.

Pharmacist's advice

Sheet masks are most beneficial when left on for exactly as long as recommended – 15–20 minutes. Leaving it on longer does not enhance the effect, and once the sheet dries, the skin may lose some of the moisture it has just received.

Do not rinse the face after removing the mask. Pat in the remaining essence, then apply a cream to hold in the hydration. For dry and mature skin, a cream with collagen, peptides or ceramides is a good choice for this step.

The mask's effect is primarily immediately more hydrated, smoother and more rested-looking skin. For longer-term support of skin firmness, use the mask as an addition to regular care with serum and cream, and always finish your morning routine with SPF protection.
