ISOIAL Isotonic Saline Solution with Sodium Bicarbonate – 15 × 5 ml is a medical device intended for daily nasal hygiene, moisturising of the nasal mucosa, nasal rinsing and inhalation. The formula combines an isotonic sodium chloride solution with sodium bicarbonate and contains no preservatives.

The presence of bicarbonate distinguishes ISOIAL from standard saline solution. The formula is designed to support physiological conditions on the nasal mucosa, provide hydration and help make thick secretions easier to remove through mechanical nasal rinsing.

ISOIAL is suitable for babies from the first day of life, children and adults. It can be used for everyday nasal hygiene, dry or irritated nasal mucosa, accumulated secretions, nasal congestion and during periods of colds, rhinitis and other respiratory discomfort, according to the instructions and professional advice.

Direct nasal rinsing: open the ampoule by twisting the cap. Tilt the head to one side, never backwards. Bring the ampoule opening to the upper nostril and press gently. Repeat on the other side.

Nasal-rinsing dosage: use half an ampoule per nostril, 2–3 times daily or more often when needed or as advised by a doctor or pharmacist.

Inhalation: the ampoule may be used in an appropriate inhaler or nebuliser that provides correct nebulisation. Follow the instructions for the selected device.

Inhalation dosage: 1 ampoule, 1–2 times daily or as advised by a doctor or pharmacist.
