TENA Bed Plus Underpads 60 × 90 cm, 20 pcs provide additional protection for beds, mattresses, bedding, chairs, armchairs and wheelchairs in cases of urinary incontinence, urine leakage or bedwetting. The absorbent core draws in liquid, while the waterproof backing helps keep the surface underneath dry and protected.

The underpads are practical for the home care of elderly, immobile and incontinent individuals, as well as for use in nursing homes and healthcare facilities. The 60 × 90 cm size covers a large area of a bed or other surface and does not include side wings for securing the pad underneath a mattress.

Directions for use: Unfold the underpad with the soft absorbent surface facing upwards and the waterproof side facing the mattress, chair or other surface being protected. When used on a bed, position it underneath the user's hips and pelvic area, where the risk of leakage is greatest.

Replace the underpad when it becomes wet, soiled or after prolonged use. Carefully fold the used underpad with the soiled surface facing inwards and dispose of it in an appropriate waste bin. The product is not intended to be washed or reused.

Important warning:

TENA Bed Plus is intended as additional protection for beds and furniture and does not replace an incontinence brief, pad, absorbent pants or another primary continence product when one is required. The underpad does not prevent pressure ulcers. Immobile individuals require regular repositioning, skin inspection, appropriate hygiene and care according to healthcare professional advice. Do not use the underpad if the waterproof layer is torn or damaged. Keep away from open flames.

A creased underpad may cause discomfort and additional pressure in people who remain seated or lying down for extended periods.
