Tingling, numbness, burning, nerve pain and muscle weakness may have many causes, including nerve compression, disc problems, diabetes, vitamin B12 deficiency, poor circulation or neurological disease. A supplement cannot replace investigation of the underlying cause.

Sanat Neuro-B is a dietary supplement and not a medicine for neuropathy, sciatica, disc herniation, neuralgia, dementia, depression or another neurological or psychiatric disorder.

It does not replace neurological assessment, laboratory testing, electromyography, physical therapy or prescribed medication.

Do not combine it without checking with other B-complex, multivitamin or nerve-support products that already contain vitamin B6, vitamin B12, folic acid or niacin.

Long-term excessive vitamin B6 intake from several supplements may cause or worsen peripheral-nerve symptoms. Stop use and seek advice if new tingling, numbness or unsteadiness develops.

People taking levodopa without carbidopa, certain antiepileptic medicines, methotrexate or other regular medication should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.

People taking anticoagulant or antiplatelet medication should report all vitamin E-containing supplements to their healthcare professional.

The product is not intended for people under 18 years of age, pregnant or breastfeeding women or people hypersensitive to an ingredient.

The capsule contains gelatin and is not suitable for a vegan diet.

Seek urgent medical attention for sudden one-sided weakness, facial drooping, speech disturbance, severe chest pain, loss of bladder or bowel control, sudden leg weakness or rapidly progressing numbness.

Sanat Neuro-B provides nutritional nervous-system support, but persistent tingling should not automatically be attributed to low B-vitamin intake. The cause should be investigated, particularly in people with diabetes, thyroid disease, spinal problems or medication that may affect peripheral nerves.

When vitamin B12 deficiency is suspected, a doctor may recommend a blood count, serum vitamin B12, folate, homocysteine or methylmalonic-acid testing. Pronounced deficiency may require a different dose or route of administration.

Check the composition of all other supplements before starting. Pay particular attention to total vitamin B6 intake because it is commonly included in magnesium, energy and nerve-support formulas.

What does Sanat Neuro-B contain?

How much uridine is included?
One capsule provides 60 mg of uridine from uridine-5′-monophosphate.

Is uridine an amino acid?
No. Uridine is a nucleoside, while uridine monophosphate is a nucleotide.

How is Sanat Neuro-B taken?
Adults take one capsule daily, preferably with a meal.

How long does the pack last?
A pack of 30 capsules lasts approximately 30 days.

Can it be used for tingling hands or feet?
It may provide nutritional support, but persistent or worsening tingling requires assessment of the cause.

Does it treat neuropathy?
No. It is not a treatment for diabetic, compressive or another form of neuropathy.

Can it be combined with magnesium?
Only after checking the formulation, as many magnesium products also contain vitamin B6.

Can it be combined with a B-complex?
Not without checking the total amounts of vitamins B1, B3, B6 and B12 and folic acid.

Is it suitable during pregnancy?
