How to use

1. Wet the body with lukewarm water before use.
2. Dispense a small amount of gel into the palm of your hand.
3. Allow the gel to transform into a rich foam when it comes into contact with water.
4. Spread the foam evenly over the body.
5. Massage gently without rubbing the skin aggressively.
6. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
7. Dry the skin by gently patting it with a towel.
8. Apply a body lotion, balm or cream after showering when needed.

A small amount is sufficient for one shower. The gel expands considerably on contact with water, so using too much only increases consumption and the skin’s exposure to fragrance ingredients.

Use lukewarm rather than very hot water. Long showers with hot water may further dry the skin and increase feelings of tightness, particularly during winter.

The product can be used daily on normal skin. If dryness or tightness frequently occurs after showering, reduce the frequency of use or choose a milder syndet or shower oil.

People with atopic, very dry or highly reactive skin may tolerate fragranced products that create a rich foam poorly. Fragrance-free emollient cleansing products are more appropriate for such skin.

Persistent itching, redness, cracking, scaling or oozing requires assessment of the underlying cause and appropriate targeted care rather than simply changing the fragrance or brand of shower product.
