TheraBand ABS Green Exercise Ball 65 cm is designed for stability, balance, coordination, mobility, stretching, core activation and functional exercise. Its ABS slow-deflate system is intended to help the ball lose air gradually in the event of damage instead of bursting suddenly.

The 65 cm diameter is generally suitable for users of medium height, approximately 160–180 cm. Final size selection should also consider leg length, intended exercises, balance ability and seated posture. When sitting on a properly inflated ball, the feet should rest firmly on the floor and the knees should remain close to a right angle.
