TheraBand ABS Yellow Exercise Ball 45 cm is designed for stability, balance, coordination, mobility, core activation and controlled functional exercise. Its compact diameter is practical for shorter users, supervised children’s exercise, rehabilitation settings and home training.

The ball features an ABS slow-deflate safety system. In the event of damage, it is designed to lose air gradually rather than burst suddenly. This does not make the ball indestructible, so it should still be used on a clean surface and kept away from sharp objects, heat sources and rough flooring.

The 45 cm TheraBand ABS ball can be used for basic core exercises, balance work, hip mobility, back stretching, glute activation and shoulder-stability exercises. It can be a useful addition when the goal is better movement control and gradual strengthening of muscles that support a stable body position.

Exercise-ball training is not automatically easy simply because no weights are used. The unstable surface requires additional control, so it is best to begin with simple positions near a wall, chair or another stable support. More demanding exercises should be introduced only after balance and spinal alignment can be maintained safely.

How to choose the right ball size

45 cm: commonly used by shorter users, approximately up to 140 cm tall.

Height is only a guideline. When sitting on a properly inflated ball, the feet should rest securely on the floor and the knees and hips should remain in a comfortable, near-right-angle position.

Use it on a flat, clean and non-slip surface.
