Nutriversum BCAA Flow 2:1:1 360g is a flavoured amino-acid drink powder containing L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine in the classic 2:1:1 ratio.

Each 6g serving provides 4980mg BCAA: 2460mg L-leucine, 1260mg L-isoleucine and 1260mg L-valine. The 360g pack provides approximately 60 servings.

The current Nutriversum version is marketed as 2:1:1 BCAA Sugar Free. It is a flavoured, easily soluble alternative to unflavoured BCAA powder and can be consumed before, during or after training.

BCAA Flow vs BCAA Basic

Flow is flavoured and designed as an easy-to-drink sugar-free sports drink. Basic is unflavoured and contains a higher proportion of pure amino acids without flavouring ingredients.
