Nutriversum Coenzyme Q10 Vita 50 mg – 60 Softgels is a dietary supplement containing coenzyme Q10 in an oil-based softgel format. The declaration for this specific older 60-softgel pack states 53mg CoQ10 per capsule and 106mg per recommended daily serving of two softgels.

Coenzyme Q10 is a naturally occurring compound involved in mitochondrial cellular-energy processes and also has antioxidant properties.

Important: “50 mg” is part of the commercial product name. This older 60-softgel SKU declares 53mg per capsule. The current Nutriversum 30-softgel version is a different SKU with exactly 50mg per capsule and a different dosing schedule.
