How to measure according to the instruction manual:

• Press the ON/OFF button and wait until the °C symbol flashes on the display.
• Mouth: place the tip under the tongue, keep the mouth closed and breathe through the nose – about 1 minute. Do not eat or drink anything hot or cold for 10 minutes beforehand.
• Rectum: insert the tip 2–3 cm, preferably with a probe cover and a little lubricant – about 1 minute.
• Armpit: place the tip in the centre of a dry armpit and keep the arm close to the body for at least 5 minutes, regardless of the beep.
• To recall the last reading, hold the ON/OFF button for more than 2 seconds when switching on.

Who is it for?

For families who want a waterproof thermometer that is easy to clean and disinfect. According to the manual, rectal measurement in children under 3 years should only be carried out by trained persons, and it is not recommended for people with rectal disorders. Young children should use the thermometer only under adult supervision.
