What does Prosta Daily contain and how is it taken?

Prosta Daily is a food supplement for men in a one-capsule-a-day form, distributed in Serbia by Medipro Pharm. Each capsule combines two plant extracts – saw palmetto fruit extract (Serenoa repens, 320 mg) and small-flowered willowherb extract (Epilobium parviflorum, 100 mg) – with coenzyme Q10, zinc, selenium, propolis, royal jelly and the enzyme serrapeptase.

The formula is intended for men who want a single daily capsule instead of several separate products. Zinc and selenium are each present at 100% of the nutrient reference value (NRV) per capsule. Zinc contributes to normal fertility and reproduction and to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood, while selenium contributes to normal spermatogenesis and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

One pack contains 30 capsules, enough for 30 days. The recommended intake period is at least six weeks, so two packs are needed for one full cycle.
