Prolife Capsules 20 Pieces are a food supplement containing the live bacterial culture Bacillus coagulans BC4®, glucooligosaccharides and vitamins B1, B2, B6 and B12.
The product is intended for everyday nutritional support of intestinal microbiota balance, particularly during periods when dietary changes, travel, stress or antibiotic use may affect the digestive system.
Bacillus coagulans BC4® is a spore-forming bacterial strain selected for its stability during storage and resistance to the acidic environment of the digestive system. The recommended daily serving of two capsules provides at least 600 million live bacterial cells.
Glucooligosaccharides are prebiotic ingredients that provide a nutritional substrate for beneficial bacteria. Vitamins B1 and B2 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism, while vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to normal immune system function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
The capsules may be swallowed whole or opened, with the contents mixed into water or milk at room temperature. The pack contains 20 capsules, equivalent to ten recommended adult daily servings.

Directions
- Adults take two capsules daily.

During antibiotic treatment, take Prolife Capsules at least two to three hours apart from the antibiotic. Depending on individual needs, use may continue for several days after the antibiotic course has finished.
When swallowing is difficult, open the capsule and mix the contents with a small amount of water or milk at room temperature. Do not use a hot liquid because high temperatures may reduce the viability of the bacterial culture.
During diarrhoea, replacement of fluids and electrolytes is the priority. A supplement containing beneficial bacteria may provide additional nutritional support but does not replace oral rehydration.
Persistent bloating, pain, changes in stool or other digestive symptoms should not automatically be attributed to an imbalance of beneficial bacteria. Diet, medication and possible underlying conditions should be considered.
For young children, pregnant women, severely immunocompromised people or those with long-term digestive symptoms, product selection and duration of use should be individually assessed.
