PharmaS HelicoBalans, 20 capsules, is a food supplement combining Pylopass™ inactivated Lactobacillus reuteri culture with lyophilised Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis BLC1. The formula is intended as additional nutritional support for people undergoing conventional Helicobacter pylori eradication treatment and for intestinal microbiota support during antibiotic use.

HelicoBalans is not an antibiotic and cannot independently cure an H. pylori infection. When infection has been confirmed, treatment must be determined by a doctor. This product may be used as supportive care alongside prescribed treatment, with an appropriate time interval from antibiotics.

How do the PharmaS HelicoBalans ingredients work?

Pylopass™ is a specially prepared, inactivated culture of Lactobacillus reuteri. Unlike live probiotic cultures, Pylopass does not contain living microorganisms. It is used in formulations intended to provide additional support for people with confirmed Helicobacter pylori.

Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis BLC1 is a lyophilised beneficial bacterial culture intended to support intestinal microbiota balance. This may be particularly relevant during antibiotic treatment, as antibiotics may also affect beneficial bacteria in the digestive tract.

Who is the product intended for?

Adults with confirmed Helicobacter pylori who are following doctor-recommended treatment, as well as people who require additional intestinal microbiota support during therapy. Pregnant or breastfeeding women and children should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.

Directions for use and precautions

Recommended dose: 2 capsules daily.
Take one capsule in the morning and one in the evening.
The capsules may be taken independently of meals with sufficient liquid.
During antibiotic treatment, take HelicoBalans at least 3 hours after the antibiotic.
Agree the duration of use with a doctor or pharmacist.

Important information

HelicoBalans does not replace antibiotics, proton-pump inhibitors or other treatment prescribed by a doctor.
Do not stop prescribed treatment because symptoms have improved.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any ingredient.

Other ingredients according to the available declaration: maltodextrin, maize starch, vegetable magnesium stearate and a hydroxypropyl methylcellulose vegetable capsule.

For goods ordered up to 5.000,00 RSD, delivery charge is 260.00 RSD (VAT included). For goods over 5.000,00 RSD, shipping is free of charge.
