How to use OMNi-BiOTiC HETOX Light

Dissolve the contents of one sachet in approximately 125 ml of room-temperature water. Stir well, leave for at least one minute to activate the bacterial cultures, stir again and drink.

The recommended intake is one sachet once or twice daily, preferably on an empty stomach. When used twice daily, it may be taken before breakfast and in the evening before a meal or bedtime.
