Why is MartiDerm GF Vital-Age cream suited to dry, ageing skin?

MartiDerm Platinum GF Vital-Age Cream for dry and very dry skin is a moisturising anti-ageing day cream from the Platinum line of the Spanish brand MartiDerm. It is designed to revitalise, restore and hydrate skin that has become dry, dull and less firm with age.

The formula combines an epidermal growth factor (EGF), a moisturising complex with amino acids, glycerin, sorbitol, urea and lactic acid, and nourishing argan and jojoba oils. According to distributors, it is precisely the argan and jojoba content that distinguishes this version from the GF Vital-Age cream for normal to combination skin.

The cream comes in a 50 ml jar with a spatula for hygienic dosing and is applied to the face, neck and décolleté as part of the morning routine.

How to use

Take a small amount of cream with the spatula and apply it every morning to the cleansed face, neck and décolleté. Massage in gently until fully absorbed. If you use a serum or ampoule, apply it first. During the day, finish with sunscreen.

Who is it for?

The cream is intended for adults with dry or very dry skin that shows signs of ageing – dullness, roughness, loss of firmness and fine lines. For normal to combination skin, the lighter, mattifying GF Vital-Age version for that skin type is a better fit.

Dry skin often feels tight because it lacks both water and lipids, so a cream for dry skin should contain both humectants and oils – this cream has both. Apply it to skin that is still slightly damp after cleansing to lock in more moisture, and always use the spatula so the jar stays clean. If your skin is dry around the eyes as well, use a dedicated eye cream there instead of the face cream.

1. What is the difference between the dry-skin and the normal/combination version?

The version for dry skin additionally contains argan and jojoba oils and is more nourishing; the version for normal to combination skin is lighter and has a mattifying effect.

2. Can I use it in the evening as well?

It is presented as a day cream. For the evening, the same line has the GF Vital-Age night cream with vitamin A, which is designed specifically for overnight care.

3. Do I still need sunscreen?

Yes. The cream is not presented as a sun-protection product, so in the morning finish your routine with a dedicated SPF product.

4. Can I combine it with a serum?

Yes. Apply the serum first – for example MartiDerm Krono-Age from the same Platinum line – and then the cream.

For all orders received up to 12h from Monday to Friday, the approximate delivery time is 2-4 business days for the whole territory of the Republic of Serbia. For goods ordered up to 5.000,00 RSD, delivery charge is 350.00 RSD (VAT included). For goods over 5.000,00 RSD, shipping is free of charge.

For export of goods abroad through DHL service, the shipping price is 2,700.00 RSD. Delivery time is 1-5 business days (depending on the country of delivery)

Shipping cost is with tax. The price includes the delivery of the parcel to the buyer's address with the associated tax and customs at the seller's expense. A possible additional cost may be a customs charge against the buyer, depending on the country to which the package is being shipped.
