What does MartiDerm Epigence 145 Cream do for skin showing the first signs of ageing?

MartiDerm Black Diamond Epigence 145 Cream is an anti-ageing day cream from the Black Diamond line of the Spanish dermocosmetic brand MartiDerm. According to the manufacturer it is designed to help the skin regenerate and to reduce visible signs of ageing, acting on several levels: supporting cell renewal, boosting the skin's own hyaluronic acid, collagen and elastin, and improving firmness and suppleness.

The formula combines Epigen 145, Dron X50, Hyaluronic Gold and Proteum 89+ – MartiDerm's own proteoglycan – with vitamins A, E and F, which the manufacturer describes as antioxidant, moisturising and helping to brighten and even out skin tone. The texture is creamy, absorbs quickly and does not feel greasy, so it works well under make-up.

No. The cream contains no sun filters, so it should always be combined with a separate sunscreen during the day.

2. When should I apply it – morning or evening?

The manufacturer recommends applying it in the morning. For the evening, the same line offers the Epigence 145 Sleeping Cream, which has a richer texture and soothing enoxolone.

3. Can it be worn under make-up?

Yes. The texture is creamy, absorbs quickly and does not leave a greasy film, so make-up can be applied once the cream (and your sunscreen) has been absorbed.

4. From what age is the cream suitable?
