Why is the Curaprox Baby 4260 toothbrush suitable for the first teeth of children up to 4 years?

Curaprox Baby is a manual toothbrush from the Swiss brand Curaprox (Curaden), specially designed for babies and children from 0 to 4 years. Its compact head, sized for small mouths, carries 4,260 densely packed Curen® filaments, each only 0.09 mm in diameter.

The head is coated with soft rubber that protects the delicate oral mucosa, so the first teeth can be cleaned thoroughly without the risk of injury. The rounded, non-slip handle helps children hold the brush correctly and prevents excessive pressure; it is also comfortable in an adult's hand when parents brush their child's teeth.

According to the product information, the brush is free of BPA, phthalates and azo dyes. The colour is random and cannot be chosen.

How to use

Use the brush to clean your child's teeth after meals:

Clean the first teeth with gentle, small movements and without pressure.
Let the child practise holding the brush by the round handle, but parents should do the actual cleaning or redo it afterwards.
Use a toothpaste suitable for the child's age in the amount recommended on its pack.
Rinse the brush after use and let it dry; replace it when the filaments are worn.

Who is it for?

The brush is intended for babies and toddlers from the first tooth up to 4 years of age. From about 4 years, a children's brush for older kids, such as Curaprox CS Kids (4–12 years), is the next step.

Important notes

Always brush under adult supervision – do not let small children walk or run with the toothbrush in their mouth.
Replace the brush when the filaments are bent or worn.

Pharmacist's advice:

Start cleaning as soon as the first tooth appears – it helps your child get used to the routine early. The easiest position is to have the child sit or lie with the head resting against you, so you can see all the teeth well. Until children can write their name, they usually cannot brush thoroughly on their own, so parents should brush or at least redo the cleaning.

For the amount and type of toothpaste follow the instructions on the children's toothpaste you use and the advice of your paediatric dentist. The first visit to the dentist is recommended around the first birthday.

Pharmacy Online has a contract with the Daily Express courier service and it is delivered on the territory of the Republic of Serbia through this service. Exports of goods to foreign countries are done through DHL and PostExport.

For the territory of the Republic of Serbia:

For goods ordered up to 5.000,00 RSD, delivery charge is 260.00 RSD (VAT included). For goods over 5.000,00 RSD, shipping is free of charge.

For the export of goods abroad through the PostExport service of Post of Serbia, the shipping price is for:

Zone I (Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Northern Macedonia) - 1,280.00 RSD

Delivery time is 15 days or more (depending on the country of delivery)

For export of goods abroad through DHL service, the shipping price is 2,700.00 RSD. Delivery time is 1-5 business days (depending on the country of delivery)

Shipping cost is with tax. The price includes the delivery of the parcel to the buyer's address with the associated tax and customs at the seller's expense. A possible additional cost may be a customs charge against the buyer, depending on the country to which the package is being shipped.
