UPSA Vitamin C Energy 1000 mg – 20 effervescent tablets is a food supplement for adults providing 1000 mg vitamin C per daily serving, equivalent to 1250% of the Nutrient Reference Value. The orange-flavoured effervescent tablet dissolves in water and offers a convenient way to supplement vitamin C during periods of tiredness and increased physical or mental demands.

Vitamin C contributes to normal immune-system function, normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It also contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, normal nervous-system function and normal psychological function.

Vitamin C also contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, blood vessels, bones, cartilage, gums and teeth, and increases iron absorption.
