HydraFizz Hydra Sport – 16 effervescent tablets is a UPSA food supplement for physically active adults who need a practical source of fluids and electrolytes during exercise, sport, increased sweating or hot weather.

The formula combines sodium, potassium, chloride and magnesium with carbohydrates, vitamin C, Asian ginseng root extract and the branched-chain amino acids L-leucine, L-valine and L-isoleucine. Carbohydrate-electrolyte solutions enhance water absorption during physical exercise, while magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and normal muscle function.

Vitamin C contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal energy-yielding metabolism and protection of cells from oxidative stress. HydraFizz Hydra Sport has an orange flavour and contains no artificial flavours or artificial colours.
