SAGAS RC 22 Collagen Maxi 20,000 Supreme – 10 × 50 ml is a premium liquid food supplement providing a very high daily amount of hydrolysed marine/fish collagen, together with hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, biotin and selected botanical components.

One 50 ml shot provides a total of 20,000 mg collagen, combining 15,000 mg Jellice® fish collagen peptides with 5,000 mg Maxi Collagen® hydrolysed marine collagen. The formula additionally provides 100 mg hyaluronic acid, 40 mg vitamin C and 150 µg biotin.

Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, hair and mucous membranes.

Directions for use: adults take one 50 ml shot daily after a meal. Shake well before use. Drink directly or mix with water, juice or a smoothie.

Pharmacist's advice: RC 22 already provides a very high amount of collagen – 20 g in one daily shot – so there is generally no reason to routinely combine it with another high-dose collagen supplement. The formula also contains vitamin C and biotin. High-dose biotin can interfere with certain laboratory tests, so inform your healthcare professional or laboratory that you use a biotin-containing supplement before relevant testing. The product contains fish collagen and is unsuitable for people with fish allergy.
