SAGAS RC 18 Collagen Hair Skin Nails – 10 × 50 ml is a liquid food supplement with a high amount of Peptan® hydrolysed marine collagen, hyaluronic acid, zinc, acerola extract as a source of vitamin C and biotin. The formula is intended for adults who want to include collagen and selected micronutrients in an everyday beauty routine for skin, hair and nails.

One daily 50 ml shot provides 15,000 mg hydrolysed fish collagen, together with 100 mg sodium hyaluronate, 30 mg zinc, 450 mg acerola extract providing 22.5 mg vitamin C and 3 mg biotin.

Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, hair and nails, while biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and hair. Zinc also contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Ingredients: purified water, hydrolysed fish collagen, sweetener erythritol, apple juice concentrate, malic acid, citric acid, strawberry flavour, zinc gluconate, acerola fruit extract (Malpighia glabra), cranberry and raspberry flavours, sodium hyaluronate, sunflower lecithin, gum arabic, steviol glycosides and D-biotin.

Directions for use: adults take 1 × 50 ml shot daily after a meal. Shake well before use. Drink directly or mix with water, juice or a smoothie.

Package: 10 individual 50 ml shots, total 500 ml. The package provides 10 recommended daily servings.

Pharmacist's advice: RC 18 already provides 30 mg zinc and 3 mg biotin per daily shot, so it should not routinely be stacked with another high-dose zinc or hair-skin-nails supplement without checking total intake. High-dose biotin may interfere with certain laboratory tests, so inform your doctor or laboratory that you are taking a biotin-containing supplement before testing. The product contains fish collagen and is unsuitable for people with fish allergy.
