Only a small amount of shower foam is required because the gel expands considerably on contact with water. Using more does not cleanse better and only increases product use and fragrance exposure.

Use the facial scrub most commonly once weekly and no more than twice weekly when well tolerated. Vigorous massage and daily exfoliation may damage the protective skin barrier.

For oilier skin, the scrub may help remove excess sebum, but it is not an acne treatment. Avoid mechanical rubbing over painful, inflamed blemishes.
