Rehidromiks® BOULARDII – 5 sachets is a food for special medical purposes for preparing an oral rehydration solution with live Saccharomyces cerevisiae var. boulardii I-3799 yeast. It is intended for the dietary management of adults and children over 1 year of age with mild to moderate acute diarrhoea and vomiting, when timely replacement of lost fluid and electrolytes is important.

Each daily dose comes as a practical dual-compartment sachet. One compartment contains the oral rehydration components and the other contains the live S. boulardii culture. Both compartments must be emptied together into exactly 250 ml of previously boiled water cooled to room temperature.

The prepared solution has an osmolality of 245 mOsm/kg H₂O and a raspberry flavour.

How should Rehidromiks Boulardii be prepared during diarrhoea and vomiting?

Main features

contains glucose, sodium, potassium, chloride and citrate;
for mild to moderate acute diarrhoea and vomiting;

Ingredients: glucose, sodium citrate, sodium chloride, live culture of Saccharomyces cerevisiae var. boulardii I-3799, potassium chloride, raspberry flavour.

Directions: empty the contents of both compartments of one sachet into 250 ml of previously boiled water cooled to room temperature. Mix thoroughly until dissolved. Adults and children over 1 year: 1 sachet daily.

Drink the prepared solution gradually in small sips. Use within 6 hours when refrigerated or within 3 hours when kept at room temperature.

Pack: 5 dual sachets.

Pharmacist's advice: fluid and electrolyte replacement is the priority during diarrhoea and vomiting. Do not dissolve the sachet in less water to make a stronger solution and do not add juice, milk or extra sugar. If vomiting is present, offer the solution slowly in small, frequent sips. Young children, older adults and people with chronic diseases can become dehydrated particularly quickly.

Important: the product must be used under medical supervision. It is not suitable as the sole source of nutrition and is not for parenteral use. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any ingredient. Listed contraindications include impaired carbohydrate absorption, uncontrolled vomiting, haemodynamic shock, severe dehydration, acute or chronic renal failure, blood in the stool and intestinal obstruction.

Delivery outside the territory of the Republic of Serbia, ie export of goods, is done exclusively through the service of DHL and PostExport Post of Serbia.

For goods ordered up to 5.000,00 RSD, delivery charge is 260.00 RSD (VAT included). For goods over 5.000,00 RSD, shipping is free of charge.

Delivery time is 15 days or more (depending on the country of delivery)

For export of goods abroad through DHL service, the shipping price is 2,700.00 RSD. Delivery time is 1-5 business days (depending on the country of delivery)

Shipping cost is with tax. The price includes the delivery of the parcel to the buyer's address with the associated tax and customs at the seller's expense. A possible additional cost may be a customs charge against the buyer, depending on the country to which the package is being shipped.
