PHYTO COLOR Anti-Fade Shampoo 250 ml is designed for colour-treated, toned, bleached and highlighted hair requiring gentle cleansing and protection of colour intensity and radiance.

Its mild cleansing system removes impurities and excess oil without aggressively stripping the hair fibre. Regular use helps limit pigment fading and leaves the hair softer, smoother and shinier.

A rice peptide complex helps lock pigments inside the hair fibre. Antioxidant tara tannins and sunflower sprout extract help protect colour against damage and pigment degradation, while organic white mallow extract enhances shine.

The current international PHYTO product page states 92% ingredients of natural origin. Some regional packaging may state 90%, so the declaration printed on the specific product should be treated as final.

The formula is silicone-free, PEG-free, colourant-free and free from sulfated surfactants such as SLS and SLES.

How to use:

Use lukewarm rather than very hot water. The coloured lengths generally receive sufficient cleansing from the foam passing through them during rinsing.

Apply shampoo mainly to the scalp rather than vigorously rubbing coloured lengths. Colour-treated hair is often more porous and prone to dryness and breakage.

Use lukewarm water, as very hot water may contribute to faster colour fading, reduced shine and drier ends.

Apply conditioner or a mask from the mid-lengths to the ends after washing. Use a dedicated heat protectant before blow-drying or straightening.

The shampoo helps maintain existing colour but does not cover regrowth or grey hair and cannot restore pigment that has already faded.
