OstroVit Folic Acid 800 µg 90 Tablets is a dietary supplement providing a concentrated source of folic acid, also known as vitamin B9. One tablet provides 800 µg of folic acid, equivalent to 400% of the reference intake, and the pack contains 90 daily servings.

Folate has a role in the process of cell division and contributes to normal blood formation, normal amino-acid synthesis and normal homocysteine metabolism. It also contributes to normal psychological and immune function, reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and maternal tissue growth during pregnancy.

OstroVit Folic Acid contains conventional folic acid in the form of pteroylmonoglutamic acid. It should not be confused with products containing active 5-MTHF or methylfolate.
