OstroVit BCAAdvanced Powder 450 g is a multi-ingredient powdered food supplement for physically active adults. The formula combines BCAA amino acids in a 2:1:1 ratio with L-glutamine, citrulline malate, vitamin B6 and the electrolytes potassium, magnesium, sodium and chloride.

One 15 g serving provides 7,000 mg total BCAA: 3,500 mg L-leucine, 1,750 mg L-valine and 1,750 mg L-isoleucine. It also provides 2,500 mg L-glutamine, 1,000 mg citrulline malate including 650 mg L-citrulline, plus vitamin B6 and electrolytes.

How is BCAAdvanced different from a basic BCAA product?
In addition to the three branched-chain amino acids, it provides L-glutamine, citrulline malate, vitamin B6 and four electrolytes, making it a broader formula than a basic leucine-isoleucine-valine supplement.

Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism, normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and normal muscle function, while potassium contributes to normal muscle and nervous-system function.
