Lek Metoprolol XL Sandoz sadrži aktivnu supstancu metoprolol-sukcinat, koji pripada grupi lekova pod nazivom beta blokatori.
Primenjuje se u terapiji:

Primenjuje se za sprečavanje pojave:
Migrene.
Daljeg oštećenja srca i smrti kod pacijenata koji su imali srčani udar (infa

Način upotrebe:
Uobičajeno doziranje:
Hipertenzija: 47,5 mg - 95 mg jednom dnevno.
Angina pektoris i srčane aritmije: 95 mg - 190 mg jednom dnevno.
Stabilna srčana insuficijencija (u kombinaciji): početna doza 11,88 mg – 23,75 mg, maksimalno do 190 mg dnevno.
Profilaksa nakon infarkta miokarda: 190 mg jednom dnevno.
Funkcionalni srčani poremećaji: 95 mg jednom dnevno.
Profilaksa migrene: 95 mg - 190 mg jednom dnevno.
Sastav: Jedna tableta sadrži 47,5 mg ili 95 mg metoprolol-sukcinata. Pomoćne supstance: Celuloza (mikrokristalna), Krospovidon, Talk, Magnezijum-stearat, Silicijum-dioksid (koloidni), Poliakrilat disperzija, Šećerne sfere (saharoza, kukuruzni skrob, tečna glukoza).

Metoprolol XL Sandoz (47.5 mg / 95 mg)
Metoprolol XL Sandoz contains the active substance metoprolol succinate, which belongs to a group of medicines called beta-blockers.
It is used for the treatment of:
High blood pressure (hypertension).
Angina pectoris (chest pain caused by reduced blood flow to the heart arteries).
Heart failure (cardiac insufficiency).
Heart rhythm disorders (arrhythmias).
Functional heart disorders with palpitations (hyperkinetic syndrome).
It is used to prevent:
Migraines.
Further heart damage and death in patients who have had a heart attack (myocardial infarction).
Method of use: Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you. If you are not sure, check with your doctor or pharmacist. Prolonged-release film-coated tablets provide uniform action throughout the day and are taken only once a day, preferably in the morning. The tablets must not be crushed or chewed. Drink with at least half a glass of water. The medicine is intended for adults. The dose depends on your condition and other medications you are taking.
Usual dosage:
Hypertension: 47.5 mg - 95 mg once daily.
Angina pectoris and arrhythmias: 95 mg - 190 mg once daily.
Stable heart failure (in combination): starting dose 11.88 mg – 23.75 mg, maximum up to 190 mg daily.
Prophylaxis after myocardial infarction: 190 mg once daily.
Functional heart disorders: 95 mg once daily.
Migraine prophylaxis: 95 mg - 190 mg once daily.
Composition: One tablet contains 47.5 mg or 95 mg of metoprolol succinate. Excipients: Microcrystalline cellulose, Crospovidone, Talc, Magnesium stearate, Colloidal anhydrous silica, Polyacrylate dispersion, Sugar spheres (sucrose, corn starch, liquid glucose).
