The company Vemax Pharma was founded in 2018 with its headquarters in Belgrade. As part of its regional presence, at the end of 2019, representative offices were opened in North Macedonia and Montenegro.

The main activity of the Vemax Pharma company is complete support to partner companies from the country and abroad. This includes the services of representation, registration, import and distribution of medicines, medical devices and nutritional supplements in the territory of Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Albania. Vemax Pharma currently represents the companies Libytec Pharmaceuticals S.A (Greece), Medicinalis GmBH (Austria), Ni Medic Pharm d.o.o. (Serbia), Life Pharma d.o.o. (Serbia – part of RHEI Group-RHEI life), PharmaUnimedis S.A. (Greece), Grupo Farma Impresa (Italy).
