Martiderm Driosec gel should be applied exclusively at night (before bed) to completely clean and thoroughly dry skin of the palms, soles, and the sensitive space between the fingers and toes. The reason for night application is that sweat glands are least active during sleep, allowing the aluminum and zirconium salts to penetrate the follicles unhindered and form a temporary protective plug. Allow the gel to dry naturally on the skin overnight, and the next morning, make sure to rinse the treated areas with soap and lukewarm water. With regular use, the intensity of sweating will visibly decrease, and unpleasant odors will completely disappear.

1. How often should Martiderm Driosec gel be applied?
In the initial phase, when sweating is intensive, it is recommended to apply the gel every night before bed. Once you notice that sweat secretion has significantly decreased and the palms and soles are dry, you can reduce the frequency of application to 2 or 3 times a week to maintain the achieved results.

2. Can this gel also be used for the underarm area?
Due to its specific texture and concentration of active ingredients, this gel is primarily formulated for the coarser skin of the palms and soles. For the sensitive skin of the underarms, it is recommended to use the Driosec roll-on deodorant or Driosec wipes, which are adapted for that region.

3. Can the salicylic acid in the composition cause peeling of the foot skin?
Salicylic acid is present in this preparation in a strictly controlled concentration that plays a mild keratolytic role. It helps clarify follicles and facilitates the penetration of antiperspirant salts, while the addition of chamomile extract prevents skin irritation and peeling.
