Marisol Baby&Kids Nasal Aspirator Set is a practical medical device designed for the quick and gentle removal of nasal mucus in babies, newborns and young children. It is suitable for use from the very first day of life (0+), when a child is not yet able to blow their nose independently.

The aspirator connects to a household vacuum cleaner, while its specially designed construction regulates suction to a level suitable for cleansing a baby's nose. The manufacturer specifies a controlled pressure of 0.16 bar, and mucus removal itself takes only a few seconds.

Directions for use: fit the appropriate suction head onto the aspirator body and connect the other end to the hose of a household vacuum cleaner. Switch the vacuum cleaner on and gently place the suction head against the nostril opening. Aspirate for a few seconds or until the mucus has been removed, then repeat on the other nostril.

For thick or dry mucus, it is advisable to use a saline or isotonic nasal solution beforehand to soften the secretion and make removal easier.

Cleaning and maintenance: after use, disassemble and clean the aspirator according to the manufacturer's instructions. The suction head is designed for easy maintenance and can be sterilised in a suitable steriliser. Components should be clean and dry before the next use.
