Who is Gonalia intended for?

Gonalia is intended for adult women who, following gynaecological or endocrine assessment, require additional nutritional support for PCOS with prominent hyperandrogenic symptoms, irregular or absent periods, acne or excess hair growth. It is not a medicine and does not replace diagnostic tests, hormonal evaluation or treatment prescribed by a doctor.

Directions for use

Take one or two tablets daily, preferably on an empty stomach and away from meals. For targeted use in PCOS, the manufacturer recommends two tablets daily.

The manufacturer refers to continuous use for at least three months, with any extension determined by a doctor. The dose and duration should be agreed with a gynaecologist or endocrinologist.

PCOS does not present in the same way in every woman. Gonalia is primarily directed towards a hyperandrogenic profile, where acne, oily skin, excess hair growth and irregular cycles may be prominent. A different approach may be needed when insulin resistance, weight gain or altered glucose metabolism is dominant.

Do not independently combine Gonalia with several other PCOS supplements, as vitamin D, folic acid, magnesium and other ingredients may overlap. Absent periods, very heavy bleeding, rapidly increasing hair growth, voice deepening, severe pain or difficulty conceiving require assessment by a gynaecologist and endocrinologist.
