Gynecology - helps relieve symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS), menstrual cramps, menstrual pain and migraine attacks.

Operation:

Alpha-lipoic acid (ALA) is a fatty acid with a strong antioxidant effect. It helps restore intracellular antioxidants (such as glutathione).

ALA is a natural molecule that is insufficiently synthesized in the human body and must therefore be obtained from exogenous sources, such as food and dietary supplements.
