Formag Marine Magnesium 30 tablets is a food supplement from the French manufacturer PiLeJe, formulated with marine magnesium, the specific Hypro-ri® Mag complex, taurine and vitamin B6. Each tablet provides 150 mg of magnesium, while two tablets provide a total of 300 mg.

Magnesium contributes to normal muscle and nervous-system function, normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal psychological function and reduced tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B6 also contributes to normal energy metabolism, nervous-system function and fatigue reduction.
