Formag Mg Direct 20 adult sachets is a food supplement from the French manufacturer PiLeJe, combining marine magnesium, the Hypro-ri® Mag complex, taurine and vitamins B6 and D3. Each orange-flavoured orodispersible sachet provides 300 mg of magnesium.

Magnesium contributes to normal muscle and nervous system function, normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B6 also contributes to fatigue reduction, while vitamin D supports normal muscle function and the maintenance of normal bones.

Gradually pour the powder onto the tongue and allow it to dissolve. It may also be mixed with water, juice or fruit purée. Take it with a morning or daytime meal and leave approximately 20 minutes between Formag and calcium-rich dairy products. Check the appropriate dosing interval when taking levothyroxine, tetracycline or quinolone antibiotics, bisphosphonates or iron supplements.
