Strong Nature Evening Primrose Oil with Vitamin E – 30 capsules is a food supplement for women providing 500 mg of evening primrose seed oil (Oenothera biennis) and 10 mg of vitamin E per capsule. The oil is standardised to contain at least 9% gamma-linolenic acid – GLA, an omega-6 fatty acid naturally present in evening primrose oil.

The product is designed as nutritional support for women during PMS, perimenopause and menopause and for those wishing to increase their intake of GLA. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Each capsule provides at least approximately 45 mg of GLA. The manufacturer's recommended daily intake is one to three capsules with food.
