During the first few days, wear the corrector for shorter periods so that the body can gradually adapt to the different shoulder position. Increase the duration only if there is no pain, numbness, tingling, strap pressure or skin irritation.

The purpose is not to tighten the corrector as firmly as possible or force the shoulders backwards. A correctly fitted product should act as a gentle reminder to activate your muscles and adjust your position independently.

Do not wear the posture corrector continuously throughout the day or while sleeping unless advised otherwise by a healthcare professional. Long-term reliance on a brace alone may reduce the active engagement of the muscles that maintain shoulder and spinal position.

Do not place the product over open wounds or severely irritated, infected or damaged skin. Consult a doctor before use following surgery, serious injury or a fracture, or in cases of a pronounced spinal deformity or when a prescribed medical orthosis is already being used.

Stop wearing the corrector immediately if increased pain, numbness, tingling, arm weakness, skin discolouration, breathing difficulty or pronounced irritation occurs. Pain accompanied by weakness in the arms or legs, loss of bladder or bowel control, numbness around the groin or a serious injury requires urgent medical assessment.

A posture corrector should remind you to change your position rather than forcefully hold you upright. If the straps must be tightened as far as possible before you notice any effect, check the size and fitting.

For greater comfort, wear it over a thin cotton shirt. During computer work, take regular breaks, stand up, move the shoulders and stretch the chest muscles. Without exercise and changes to everyday habits, the effect of a posture corrector is generally temporary.

Does it treat scoliosis or kyphosis?
No. It is not a custom-made medical orthosis and is not a treatment for spinal deformities.

How is it put on?
It is fitted like a backpack, after which the left and right straps are adjusted evenly.

How tightly should the straps be adjusted?
Only tightly enough to gently guide the shoulders and prevent the product from slipping. They should not cause pain, numbness, cutting or breathing difficulty.

Can it be worn underneath clothing?
It may be worn underneath loose clothing, although it is often more comfortable over a thin cotton shirt.

Can it be worn all day?
Continuous all-day use is not recommended without professional advice. Use it during periods when you are most likely to slouch and take regular breaks.
