Alerta Bubble 2 Alternating Pressure Mattress with Pump – ALT-9001 is a lightweight and compact pressure-relieving overlay system designed for people who spend prolonged periods in bed and are considered at low risk of developing pressure ulcers.

The system is placed on top of a suitable standard mattress. It consists of 130 bubble air cells and an electric pump that alternately inflates and deflates groups of cells, changing the body's pressure points and reducing prolonged continuous pressure on the same areas of skin.
