How to cut and use the resistance band correctly

• Cut the band only while fully relaxed, on a clean flat surface, using sharp scissors.
• Inspect the band before every use. Do not use it if there are cracks, cuts, visible damage or signs of wear.
• Perform movements slowly and with control, without jerking or allowing the band to snap back suddenly.
• Start with fewer repetitions and increase the load only after you can maintain correct movement technique.
• Do not attach the band to unstable furniture, door handles, glass surfaces or improvised anchor points.
• Keep it away from jewellery, watches, rough surfaces, sharp edges and objects that may damage the latex.
• Store it in a dry place away from direct sunlight, heat sources and moisture.

A black Special Heavy band is not intended for forcing through exercises. Higher resistance does not automatically mean a better training result: if technique deteriorates, movements become compensated or pain develops, the resistance is too high for the user’s current ability level. In the case of injury, swelling, restricted mobility, joint instability or post-operative recovery, exercise selection, cut band length and repetitions should be adjusted with a physiotherapist or physician. People with a latex allergy should not use this product.
