Sanat Selen-B, 30 capsules is a dietary supplement combining 100 µg of selenium as L-selenomethionine with vitamins B1 and B6. It is intended for adults seeking additional nutritional support for normal thyroid, immune and nervous-system function, energy metabolism and protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Selenium contributes to normal thyroid and immune-system function, protection of cells from oxidative stress, maintenance of normal hair and nails and normal spermatogenesis.

Vitamin B1 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal heart and nervous-system function and normal psychological function. Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal immune and nervous-system function, normal red-blood-cell formation and regulation of hormonal activity.

Important warning:

Sanat Selen-B is a dietary supplement and not a medicine for hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's thyroiditis, hyperthyroidism, infertility, anaemia or chronic fatigue.

It does not replace levothyroxine, antithyroid medicines or another prescribed treatment.

Do not combine it without checking with other supplements containing selenium, vitamin B6 or a B-complex. Review multivitamins and thyroid, immunity, hair and nail formulas.

Excessive long-term selenium intake may cause nausea, metallic taste, garlic-like breath, rash, brittle nails or increased hair loss.

Excessive vitamin B6 intake from several products may cause tingling, numbness or other symptoms of peripheral nerve damage.

The product is not intended for children under 12 years of age, pregnant or breastfeeding women or people hypersensitive to an ingredient.

The capsule contains gelatin and is not suitable for a vegan diet.

Persistent fatigue, weight changes, hair loss, palpitations or intolerance to cold require appropriate medical assessment rather than supplementation alone.
