Who is the gel intended for?

The gel is intended for adults with all skin types, including sensitive skin requiring lightweight hydrating and soothing care after outdoor exposure. It is suitable for skin that feels warm, tight, dry or uncomfortable but does not have blisters, open wounds or signs of a serious burn.

Directions for use

After sun exposure, shower with lukewarm water and gently remove salt, chlorine, sand and sunscreen residue. Apply evenly to clean, dry skin on the face or body and massage gently until absorbed.

Repeat as required, particularly in the evening after outdoor exposure. The product may be kept in a cool place for a more refreshing sensation but should not be frozen.

• The product contains denatured alcohol and fragrance.
• It may sting severely irritated or damaged skin.
• Do not apply to open wounds, blisters, broken, infected or weeping skin.
• Avoid direct contact with the eyes and mucous membranes.
• Rinse thoroughly with water if eye contact occurs.
• Discontinue use if severe rash, swelling, pain or persistent stinging occurs.
• Large blisters, severe pain, fever, nausea, headache or weakness require medical assessment.
• After-sun gel does not replace regular and correctly applied SPF protection.
• Keep out of reach of children and away from heat.

Pharmacist’s advice

Apply the after-sun gel following a lukewarm shower without rubbing the skin harshly with a towel. For mild redness and tightness, cool lightweight hydration may improve comfort, but the affected area should be kept out of further direct sunlight over the following days.

Because it contains alcohol, the gel may sting severely irritated or damaged skin. True burns with blisters, intense pain or general symptoms should not be managed with a cosmetic gel alone and require professional medical or pharmaceutical advice.
