Proxeed Men, 30 sachets is a dietary supplement formulated for adult men planning to conceive and seeking comprehensive nutritional support for normal fertility, reproduction, spermatogenesis and sperm energy metabolism.
The formula contains the patented TriCar® complex, combining L-carnitine fumarate, acetyl-L-carnitine hydrochloride and propionyl-L-carnitine hydrochloride. It also provides L-arginine, coenzyme Q10, vitamins C, E, D and B12, zinc, selenium and folic acid.
Zinc contributes to normal fertility and reproduction, normal DNA synthesis and the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood. Selenium contributes to normal spermatogenesis, while vitamins C and E, zinc and selenium contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Proxeed Men may be included in a nutritional plan before natural conception, intrauterine insemination or IVF. It is not a medicine for male infertility and cannot guarantee an improvement in semen-analysis results or pregnancy.

Directions for use: Dissolve the contents of one sachet in at least 120 ml of water or juice, mix thoroughly and drink immediately. Take two sachets daily – one in the morning and one in the evening.
The product is intended for regular, continuous use. The manufacturer recommends use for 4–6 months or as advised by a urologist, andrologist or fertility specialist.
At two sachets daily, a pack of 30 sachets lasts approximately 15 days. Two packs are required for approximately 30 days of use.

Proxeed Men is a dietary supplement and not a medicine for azoospermia, oligospermia, asthenozoospermia, varicocele, reproductive-tract infection, hormonal disorders or another cause of reduced male fertility.
Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use in cases of heart disease, low or uncontrolled blood pressure, diabetes, kidney or liver disease, thyroid disorders, bleeding disorders or planned surgery.
The product contains L-arginine. Caution is required with nitrates, blood-pressure medication, sildenafil, tadalafil and other products that may affect blood pressure. People taking anticoagulants, particularly warfarin, should seek advice because the formula also contains coenzyme Q10 and vitamin E.
Each sachet contains approximately 1 g of fructose. People with diabetes, fructose intolerance or hereditary fructose intolerance should review the complete declaration and consult a healthcare professional.
Do not automatically combine the product with another male-fertility supplement containing carnitine, L-arginine, zinc, selenium, vitamin E, vitamin D, folate or coenzyme Q10 without checking the total daily intake.
Possible adverse effects include nausea, heartburn, bloating, abdominal discomfort or loose stools. Taking the product with a meal may improve tolerability.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. The product is not intended for children or people hypersensitive to any ingredient.
Proxeed Men should not be assessed after only a few days. Sperm production and maturation take several weeks, which is why supplements intended for male fertility are used regularly over several months, with repeat semen analysis as advised by the treating doctor.
Review all other supplements before beginning. Pay particular attention to zinc, selenium, vitamin E, vitamin D, folate, coenzyme Q10 and carnitine, as these ingredients frequently occur in several fertility products.
Stopping smoking, limiting alcohol, maintaining a healthy weight, regular physical activity, adequate sleep and avoiding frequent overheating of the testes are important parts of preconception care. A supplement can support but cannot replace these measures or professional assessment.
