Pronison (Prednisone) is a potent corticosteroid used to suppress severe inflammatory and allergic reactions. Its application ranges from severe asthma and rheumatoid arthritis to allergic skin conditions.

Pharmacist's Advice: How to Use Pronison Without Fear?
Corticosteroids are a "double-edged sword" – highly effective, but potentially carrying serious side effects if not used with discipline. As pharmacists, we often see mistakes leading to stomach pain or blood pressure issues.
Three Golden Rules for Pronison Therapy:
Never on an Empty Stomach: Pronison is aggressive towards the stomach lining. Take the tablet exclusively after a full meal (breakfast or lunch) with a full glass of water.
Respect the Circadian Rhythm (Morning Dose): If prescribed once daily, take it in the morning between 7 and 8 AM. This mimics the body's natural cortisol secretion rhythm, reducing the risk of insomnia and hormonal imbalance.
No Abrupt Stopping: This is crucial. If you have been taking Pronison for more than 5-7 days, never stop suddenly! The dose must be tapered down gradually according to your doctor's instructions to avoid shock to the system.
What MUST You Use Alongside Pronison?
Long-term corticosteroid use can deplete calcium reserves and irritate the digestive tract. To prevent these side effects, our pharmacists recommend the following protection:
1. Stomach & Digestion Protection
Due to the risk of gastritis and ulcers, it is wise to use probiotics to protect gut flora and reduce bloating.

What is Pronison and What is it Used For?
Pronison contains prednisone and is used for conditions requiring systemic corticosteroid action:

Contraindications

For export of goods abroad through DHL service, the shipping price is 2,700.00 RSD. Delivery time is 1-5 business days (depending on the country of delivery)
Shipping cost is with tax. The price includes the delivery of the parcel to the buyer's address with the associated tax and customs at the seller's expense. A possible additional cost may be a customs charge against the buyer, depending on the country to which the package is being shipped.
