Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use in cases of heart disease, angina, arrhythmia, uncontrolled blood pressure, a previous heart attack or stroke, diabetes, liver disease, a bleeding disorder, thyroid disease or planned surgery.

Caution is required when taking medicines for blood pressure, heart conditions, blood glucose, blood clotting, cholesterol, depression or insomnia. Do not combine the product with sildenafil, tadalafil or another medicine or supplement for erectile function without professional advice.

Do not combine it with energy drinks, large amounts of coffee, other stimulant supplements or excessive alcohol. Possible adverse reactions may include nervousness, insomnia, headache, digestive discomfort, palpitations or increased blood pressure.

The product is not intended for people under 18 or anyone medically advised to avoid sexual activity. If chest pain or pressure, shortness of breath, fainting, severe dizziness or pronounced palpitations occurs, stop sexual activity and seek urgent medical help.

Can it be combined with sildenafil or tadalafil?
Not without consulting a doctor or pharmacist, especially in people with heart disease, blood pressure problems or regular medication.
